This new program is held at the CAAEC and offers teens with food allergy an opportunity to discuss food allergy topics, ask questions and learn from peers as well as our educators. An allergy educator together with an older allergic teen help to engage other teens to learn about their food allergies using activities and discussion.

Food Allergy Canada has released a brand new eBook for teens titled The Ultimate Guidebook for Teens with Food Allergies. Written by a team of youth with food allergies from our Youth Advisory Panel (YAP), this guidebook provides first-hand information on living with severe food allergies while having a normal teenage life. It provides real-life stories and the emotional impact that food allergies can have on a teen.
